A cost tuned to your needs

Because of the flexibility of the product it can be tailored to your exact needs and the cost is one of those needs. So we like to quote specifically for each job having discussed the project with you.

In the quotation we will be taking account of
1. The number and duration of recording sessions
2. Amount of editing and processing time required
3. Any special requirements for assessment copies or material reviews at our premises
4. Number of colours to be printed and on what (CD, Insert card, Back liner etc.)
5. Any artwork that has to be prepared and general printing preparation required
Perhaps the biggest variable, with the strongest effect on unit price, is quantity of copies.

The way forward from here

The outline procedure is this
1. You contact us by one of the methods below
2. We discuss your requirements. We would be pleased to visit you and show you example products
3. We quote you against your requirements
4. If you want to go ahead we fix dates for recording and those dates are reserved in our diary. You pay the quoted cost of the recording. This is a relatively small part of the whole cost and shows your commitment. This is non-returnable amount
5. On agreement that the recordings are satisfactory you pay us 50% of remaining cost
6. On agreement that the recordings are satisfactory you pay the remainder is due on delivery
